I’ve been using it for a bit now and everything feels smooth and legit. No weird issues or red flags so far, which is always a relief. Happy with it!

"Warranty was slow... but hey, it got done"
The warranty process definitely took longer than I expected, and at first I was annoyed about it. I mean, waiting around with no quick fix isn’t exactly fun. But once it was finally handled, everything worked out fine. So yeah, a bit slow, but I’m not mad anymore

I went in expecting a quick, simple oil change, but my first impression wasn’t great and it kind of set the tone for the whole visit. It took longer than they told me it would, the staff seemed rushed, and I didn’t really feel like anyone explained what was going on. I left more annoyed than anything, so I probably won’t be going back

They told me it’d be about 30 minutes and, it was done in pretty much exactly 30 minutes. So, yeah, no surprises or anything, which I really appreciated.

"Diagnosis was partly right"
I took my car in after the check engine light came on, and they scanned it and told me it was probably the O2 sensor. To be fair, replacing that did fix part of the problem, so they weren’t totally off there.

But the rough idle was still happening after that, and another shop ended up finding a small vacuum leak. So yeah, the first diagnosis was kind of right, just not the whole picture. Service was okay overall, I just wish they had looked a little deeper before I spent the money

From my experience, the staff handled everything professionally and I didn’t have any real issues getting what I needed done. That said, the interaction felt a bit rushed, and I would’ve appreciated a warmer, friendlier attitude. Overall, it was okay and efficient, just not the most welcoming experience.

"Would definitely go back again"
I’ve been here twice now and both times were sooo easy. They explained what was going on with my car without making it feel awkward or like they were pushing extras on me. The car was ready when they said it would be, and the prices felt fair too. I’d come back again for sureee.

"Bad timing, but they sorted it out"
My appointment got mixed up, which was frustrating at first. i think it was just bad timing because they seemed really busy that day. I had to call a couple of times to get it straightened out, but they did fix the issue and had my car ready the next day. Wasn’t the smoothest visit, but they made it right in the end.

I brought my car in for an oil change and just a general checkup because it had been one of those things I kept putting off, and it was a easy experience. The guys there were friendly, got everything done faster than I expected, and explained a couple little things they noticed without making it feel like they were trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t ask for. The car’s been running fine since, so yeah, no complaints from me. I’d go back again

The guy showed up and pretty much figured out the problem right away, which was a relief. He explained it in a way that actually made sense too, not all technical and confusing. I was a little annoyed waiting around before he got there, but once he started working, he was great.

I used greasemonkeyauto.com not too long ago, mostly because I was trying to get something sorted out without spending my whole afternoon comparing a bunch of sites. The prices seemed fair for what I ended up getting, and everything was simple enough to get through. Nothing super fancy or over-the-top, but that was fine with me. For the money, I felt like it was a good value, and I’d probably use them again if I needed to.

"Convenient spot, decent enough visit"
I’d say the location is probably the main reason I liked this place. It’s close to my work, easy enough to find, and parking wasn’t too much of a hassle, which definitely helps when I’m trying to get in and out quickly.

The service was fine overall, just not anything that really stood out to me. I might go back if I’m nearby since it’s convenient, but I’m not sure I’d make a special trip for it.
